ContentSquare. ContentSquare is a 3ʳᵈ party analytics service provided by ContentSquare, Inc. Moderna uses this service to collect anonymous information pertaining to the customer’s digital experience across our websites to identify any site functionality errors that preventing an optimal user experience. Tealium: TealiumIQ is a 3ʳᵈ party service used by Moderna as a tag management system to deploy and standardize the management of the cookie technologies used across our websites. Moderna also uses an additional service from Tealium called AudienceStream. This platform is used to perform customer segmentation and orchestration. We use this information to improve your experience with personalized, relevant, and targeted content. The data collected by Tealium will be stored in a database in the United States. The data is kept in compliance with GDPR in an anonymous state unless the user consents to give a 1st party identifier. Marketo. Marketo is a 3ʳᵈ party service provided by Adobe, Inc. Moderna uses this service to collect user consent and send out email communications to our customers. Once a user provides consent, Marketo will collect identifiable information about a user based on the user’s engagement with the email and website to attribute these activities to a potential customer to tailor future marketing messages to the user based on their historic interactions with our products and services. The information collected by Marketo will be transmitted to a server in the United States, where it will be stored and analyzed. Qualtrics. Moderna uses 3ʳᵈ party tools, like Qualtrics, to collect anonymous customer feedback about their experience with Moderna’s products and services. This feedback is used to improve our services and enhance our customers’ experience.Qualtrics is HITRUST (Health Information Trust Alliance) certified and is HIPPA compliant and follows the industry standard for HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) security requirements. Qualtrics does not classify Data into sub-categories of confidential information. All Data is treated as confidential and processed equally regardless of content. Qualtrics feedback data elements are stored in Amazon Web Services in the same geographical region where available or using three AWS availability zones.
Browser or Device Information. Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Mac), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the Site you are using.
